Hello

My passion for engineering began long before I stepped into the lecture hall. As a child, I loved machinery, being from an agricultural background I was fascinated by the machinery, and taking apart the models I had of them to see how they worked and, if I was lucky, put them back together. At school I loved releasing my creativity in design and technology classes, using the lathes and doing sand castings of my CAD designs. 

This curiosity eventually led me to pursue a degree in mechanical engineering. However, upon graduating I hit a wall. While the theory was fascinating, I struggled to connect the complex equations and textbook problems I had learned to the actual projects and systems required in industry. The gap between what I learned in class and what I needed for hands-on applications felt immense.

This frustration became my motivation. I spent countless hours teaching myself practical skills—tinkering with 3D printers, designing fabrications, and learning how to use professional-grade software. This self-guided journey showed me that true engineering mastery comes from bridging that theory-to-practice gap. I created this website to be the resource I desperately needed back then: a place where aspiring engineers can find clear, practical, and project-based education. My goal is to help you bypass the frustrations I faced and empower you to confidently turn your ideas into reality.
